Where to pay the Embassy fee: On the day of the interview only after an Embassy employee instructs you to do so.

Local language documents need translated: Documents do not need to be translated into English or notarized.  You can bring original documents.  After the interview the Consular officer will return them to you.

Embassy appointment scheduling method: Fiancee visa applicants may schedule an interview upon receiving a notification from the U.S. Embassy, Moscow.  If you do not get a notification within 60 days from your petition approval date, contact us at consulmo@state.gov
