Where to pay the Embassy fee: At any Citibank using deposit slips.  Print & write your name on this slip and then take it to any Citibank branch with an identification ID.

Local language documents need translated: Documents do not need to be translated into English or notarized.  You can bring original documents.  After the interview the Consular officer will return them to you.

Embassy appointment scheduling method: You can schedule your interview after 1 p.m. the following business dat after you have paid the appropriate fee at Citibank or PayPal.  There are two options to schedule your appointment:

Call the Call Center: 2264-1099, follow the instructions and schedule your interview.  The operator will either request your “payment reference number” or the email address used process your online payment via PayPal.  Same thing applies when scheduling an appointment with the online appointment with the online appointment system.
